Before you book: your email, Discord and DCS UCID must be verified, and the SFL Virtual Pilot Kit installed on the PC you fly from.
After you book: you get a confirmation by Discord DM and email, a reminder 24 hours before, and your server login shortly before your window starts. The login works only during your window.

Pick a slot, then pick what to fly in it. Only the runs you can still book in that slot are offered.
Three trials, one run each: Speed, Accuracy, Precision. Book a separate 20-minute window per trial. Your server login arrives by Discord and email shortly before your window and works only during it. All three must be flown before the window closes — one shot per trial.
A practice booking is provisional until 24 hours before it starts: a qualifier may still need the slot, and if so we cancel your practice and give the run back. If a capacity change ever bumps a booked qualifier, we tell you by Discord and email, and a bumped qualifier keeps their shot: just book again.
Days run midnight to midnight in your time zone. Each time is also shown in UTC.
