# SFL Accuracy Confirmation

This Confirmation is between you and Strike Fighter League Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SFL").

# 1. Your confirmation

By accepting this Confirmation, at registration or on your account page, you confirm that the information you give SFL is true, complete, and about you. This covers what you give at registration and anything you add or change later on your account page.

# 2. Keeping it current

When your details change, you will update your account page within 14 days. Where the page does not let you make the change, email [email protected] within the same 14 days. This matters most for your country of residence and your contact details. It also covers details the page locks once they are verified, such as your DCS UCID, your Discord identity, and your date of birth. SFL may ask for proof before it changes a locked detail.

# 3. Why it matters

SFL relies on this information to decide eligibility, to apply age and residence rules, to verify your identity, to seed and schedule you, and to pay any prize.

# 4. If information is wrong

If SFL finds that information you gave is false or misleading, SFL may correct it, ask you to verify it, suspend your registration, disqualify you, void results, or recover a prize paid on the strength of the false information. An honest mistake that you correct promptly is not a breach.

# 5. Parent or guardian details

If you are under 18, you confirm that the parent or guardian details you give are correct, and that the person you name knows about your registration.

# 6. Part of the Terms

This Confirmation forms part of the SFL Pilot Terms and Conditions from the first version of those Terms that lists it. Until then, this Confirmation governs you on its own, from the day you accept it at registration or on your account page, and SFL changes it the same way it changes the SFL Code of Conduct (Code of Conduct clause 7).
