Short answer: Open a ticket in #sfl-support on the SFL Discord. The SFL Discord is linked from the-sfl.com and from the pilot portal.
- Verification, your account, the kit and the downloads: a ticket in #sfl-support.
- A verified detail is wrong: a ticket in #sfl-support.
- Appealing a Code of Conduct decision: email thereadyroom@strikefighterleague.com within 7 days after SFL tells you of it (see How do I raise a rules question or challenge a ruling?).
- During a live run: CLASSIC, on the event voice channel.
- Privacy and your personal data: the privacy contact named in the SFL Privacy Notice, thereadyroom@strikefighterleague.com.
