What is the path from registering to competing?

Short answer: Four steps. Register once, enter each OTS, qualify by flying one scheduled run per Trial on SFL servers, and compete if you finish in the top eight.

  1. Register. Create your SFL competitor account at pilots.the-sfl.com, then verify your email, Discord and DCS identity.
  2. Enter. When the League opens an OTS cycle, enter from your pilot home. When you click Enter, SFL presents the SFL Pilot Terms and Conditions, and you accept them.
  3. Qualify. Practice, then book and fly one qualification run for each Trial (SPEED, PRECISION and ACCURACY) on SFL servers during the published qualification window.
  4. Compete. The top eight in the Trials ranking advance to the Dogfight Phase, the live eight-competitor bracket.
